|Description:||The ideal candidate responsible for oversight of daily operational activities of the assigned branch office, including safety and soundness, supervision of teller staff, teller functional duties, and customer relations; and opens and services accounts as required, based on branch needs.|
|Duties:||Assists with teller interviews and hiring, retention and performance management processes; and provides ongoing coaching, training, and evaluation.|
Ensures operational safety and soundness of branch office; routinely provides branch operational updates to Manager and staff.
Ensures adherence to security controls to protect against criminal or fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk or exposure.
Knowledgeable of Bank products and services and actively promotes them to meet established goals.
Orders daily cash requirement for the branch and manages vault cash.
Leads and/or participates in branch staff meetings.
Assists with administration of policy and security guidelines.
May provide assistance to Personal Banker in opening and servicing accounts, based on branch needs
Performs other duties as requested.
|Qualifications:||High School Graduate or equivalent|
5 years progressively responsible Teller experience, to include 1 year as Head Teller or Team Leader
Ability to effectively lead and supervise a team
Strong knowledge of banking regulations
Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and sales skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Windows PC environment and bank systems software
